The Loudoun Community Cat Coalition partners with local and national animal welfare, rescue organizations, and veterinarians to provide affordable and accessible Trap-Neuter-Return (TNR) services for caretakers throughout Loudoun County, Virginia. Request TNR Assistance for a cat in need.
We have provided medical care and spay/neuter services for more than 3,500 community cats through the generous donations of our supporters and efforts of our volunteers and partners. Please help us continue!

TNR Cinics
LC3 organizes several TNR spay/neuter clinics throughout the year and we are always looking for medical and non-medical volunteers to assist. If you are a veterinarian, vet tech, individual, or know a hospital that wants to help with overpopulation, contact us or check out our volunteer opportunities to find out more.
Education & Workshops
Our goal is to inform, engage, & empower our community to help and save community cats. We provide educational workshops and seminars, and hands-on training to ensure you have the knowledge to help a cat or kitten when they need you. No prior experience needed!

What is TNR?
Trap-Neuter-Return (TNR) is the most effective and humane way to care for and control community cat populations. Studies have shown that once the breeding population is stabilized, the number of complaints and level of strain on local resources is also reduced. The overall positive effect is the increased health of the cats and their the ability co-exist peacefully with the community.
